Captured Reflectionz
In the spring, I found myself at a brook and couldn't resist capturing the reflection of spring's beginning.

Happy Birthday Mom!!

On Mom's birthday we went out to Presque Isle, the peninsula on Lake Erie. Of course not all these shots were mine, most were, but obviously the one's with me in them I didn't take, some mom took on her own and a few I asked her to take :D We had a lot of fun goofing off. There was a storm coming in so it was quite windy, but it made for some awesome shots!
Happy Birthday Momma!
Here's the beautiful lake, and the sun shining off of it.

As we were walking down the beach we came upon a big hole dug
in the sand, it made a nice little shelter from the wind!

House boat! I'd love to rent one of these,
Imagine... fishing from your front porch!!!

Here's Andrew and I... No matter what it looks like, He was
trying to tackle me!! lol we were having a blast

Just some tall grass and a broken fence. :)

Andrew doing his Tia Kwon Do moves
on the beach! He looks like he's flying to me!

:)

Someone stood this big piece of drift wood in the sand
it was huge!

The light house

This was after many shots with bunny ears! Boys.. sigh

this was at the little gazebo thing by the light house
through the roof. :)

It was a gorgeous day with a gorgeous mother. Mommy,
I love you so much! Happy Birthday and Happy Mother's Day, I couldn't have
asked for a better Mom than you! You're the best!!!
With all my love!

Revival!

This post is going to be different than any other post I have done before. :) Only the first picture is mine. I will reference the use of the other pictures at the end.

The other day while I was praying a picture popped into my mind.
In the book of Acts and throughout the entire Bible the Spirit of God is referred to as a fire.
Moses and the burning bush, to the day of Pentecost when they were all
filled with the Holy Ghost and "cloven tongues like as of fire sat upon each of them"

I was picturing a fire, it starts out in one person's life
just a little spark, a fire, a passion rises up in
a life of a child of God.

Fire is contagious, in a forest fire, it starts out just consuming
one bush then it jumps to another and another.
Just like in church, one person gets the fire, then pretty soon someone
else gets the Holy Ghost fire!

Until you have a Huge and Powerful forest fire. A fire of revival that is unquenchable!
It's a consuming fire, a church full of passionate believers that start witnessing and reaching
out to those in need! It's unstoppable! It's Powerful!

But!! It's got to start somewhere... My prayer is here I am Lord,
let the fire start in me, use me to spread the Holy Ghost passion! I'm just a willing
vessel ready to be used of God to spread the fire of revival!
How about you???

My weekend at Dad's

We spent the majority of our day with my dad fishing, we had a lot of fun. I often find myself with confused interests when fishing. I LOVE to fish, but if I brought my camera.... do I keep vigilant watch on my bobber or do I find other things to take pictures of. LOL I did a little bit of both and still out fished everybody!

This picture is funny, because I had caught 3 fish before anyone else had caught their first
So when Andrew started pulling a few in my dad was feeling quite left out. Andrew pulled in
a large panfish and was rejoicing in his catch when my dad finally caught one. It was a catfish!!! but it was not much larger than his thumb. We had a good laugh over that one!! A panfish that
is quite a bit larger than a catfish?? how often does that happen??
This pretty redwinged black bird decided to keep me company
a large part of the day, and I managed a few good shots while fishing ;)

Aren't they pretty!!!

Here's my favorite. The water doesn't even look real.

The ants were really interested in this plant.
I never figured out why...

BUGS!

Andrew and I being silly on the ride home
from our fisihing trip.
Want to know the score?? I caught 7 ( 5 panfish, 1 perch, and 1 large catfish) Andrew caught 2 ( a panfish and a crappie both decent sized) Dad caught 3 ( one tiny catfish, and 2 tiny perch... poor daddy) lol
